PERSPECTIVE AND HOW I WORK
By incorporating a variety of theoretical modalities including psychodynamic therapy, AEDP, IFS and DBT, all from a strengths-based perspective, I collaborate with each client towards healing and growth.
My goal is to help you feel better. Whether you want to feel less depressed, less anxious or more connected with others. I am an active and engaged therapist and will not just sit back and listen. Rather, I will help you build on your strengths to move beyond stuck points, to heal emotional wounds and transform.
